Is an expert at tourism industry with profile of operation and management at hotels and restaurants, I am helping customers to increase efficiency and achieve outstanding results. As consultant I work with investors and architects at projects for developing of new hotels and restaurants, mainly upper classs (4,5 stars). I am trener and help my students understand and practice different approaches to problem solving, including customer satisfaction, professional knowledge and marketing.
